If you need help scheduling a consult and there is not a time available or you have more questions, you can email Hayes Epps at hayes@plantingiris.com before scheduling. I always recommend you fill out The Lactation Network form to check insurance benefits prior to scheduling. Planting Iris can directly accept TLN payment for full coverage. We are not in-network with any health insurance providers, so we do not accept insurance directly, but we are able to facilitate health insurance reimbursement at no additional cost. Many of our clients get partial reimbursement from insurance.
Note: If I am traveling to your home there will be a $40 travel charge to your consult.
A 24 hour cancellation policy is in place to protect our time and energy. You will be charged $50 if you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window. If client fails to make the payment, then future consults may be cancelled.
