Hello, I’m Hayes Epps. Lover of Jesus & all things sourdough. Holistic mama, freedom keeper, and birth keeper. Welcome to my home. I am happily filling my heart by supporting moms in birth and postpartum. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Master IBCLC in Oral Habilitation, & Birth Doula, specializing in holistic lactation care and oral function. I am also the host of The Biscuits & Boobs Podcast. I hope to flourish and build relationships with the mamas I help along the way.
I’ve always wanted to grow roots somewhere since I was a child. Born from two addicts - planting was hard to come by in our many homes. Iris Hazel calls me mama and it’s my perfect place - my roots to grow from. I hope you see the unfiltered Hayes in these pages and learn about our many stories.
